Hiring Resort Manager for Stanley Revelation - Luxury Villa Stay ( Male Candidate only)

We are seeking an experienced Resort Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury resort in Chikmangalur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreational activities.
• Ensure seamless execution of all resort services, maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints and concerns.
• Lead and manage a team of resort staff, including department heads and team members.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with resort standards and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage resort budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
• Analyse financial reports, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and expense reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in resort operations management.
• Should travel to Head office at Bangalore for the official work when required.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Industry Experience: Experience working in a luxury resort /hotel environment.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Chikmangalur and surrounding areas will be an advantage
