Junior SHE Manager Elevated Metro Project

Qualification: Degree in Science / Diploma in Engineering with Govt. recognized safety diplomas from Correspondence course of NICMAR, Annamalai University, National and State Productivity Councils, Other State Technical Education Boards etc

Any Graduate or diploma holder with 5 years of work experience in full fledged SHE department of any Public Sector / Leading Private Sector / MNC / with prior approval of employer on a case-to-case basis

Job Responisbilities:

To conduct Safety Induction and daily HIRA talk at site, by focusing on going activities, to discuss all kind of hazards and to take all safety measures.

• Interface with site supervisors daily to provide proactive technical advice for field activities.
• To attend Monthly Safety Meetings as per clients suggested and discuss ways of reducing risks.
• Responsible for updating and retaining of calibration records of registered inspection, measure and testing equipment is to verify immediate accuracy for general maintenance.
• Maintaining weekly Periodical test for all safety equipments.
• Maintain and track safety files, training files, certifications, and all licenses.
• Conducting inspection/audits of facilities and activities to ensure compliance to safe and good work practices in accordance with statutory requirement of all safety procedure.
• Conduct Mock-drill once in a month.
