Manager / Sr. Manger - EHS (DS Confectionery Division)

Experience: 10-12 years in EHS at manufacturing units

• B-Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical.
• Masters in Environment Mandatory
• Post Diploma in Industrial Safety.

Role Description:

To develop, monitor, educate and implement EHS System across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop EHS annual plan in coordination with EHS head.
• To Ensure EHS Statutory Compliances in all Units with coordination of respective unit heads.
• To Prepare and submit all Renewals / Returns /Report to concerned Govt. Authorities in coordination with units.
• To review and conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) of Process in coordination with unit.
• To Review and Update EHS SOPs, Work Instructions and Guidelines periodically.
• To Conduct Periodic EHS Audit and Inspection of Units and suggest opportunities for improvement.
• To develop various EHS training modules and conduct EHS Training on various Topics to the employees at Units.
• To Prepare EHS MIS and Performance Report.
• Preparation of presentations for Review Meetings.

Skills and Abilities:

• Machine Safety Guarding, Interlocks, Process Safety and Fire Safety.
• Factories Acts, Rules and Environmental Laws, Waste Management
• STP and ETP Functions and requirements
• Investigation and Root cause analysis of any incident/ near miss.

• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Development of Check sheets/Formats / Safety Guidelines
• Computer literacy- PPT, Excel
