Job Description
- Working Knowledge of Python, and SQL/NoSQL Database
- Good knowledge of utilizing AWS services and Azure services.
- Strong knowledge in planning, designing, and maintaining applications utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Nginx, Linux, New Relic, Data Dog
- SME in enterprise monitoring like APM, synthetic monitoring, browser monitoring, and Log monitoring
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and rollout monitoring and observability solutions. Partner with the business and development teams to identify requirements, define monitoring solutions, and implement the same.
- Expert organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and quickly contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and able to create a scope of work to the client s requirements.
- Experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Infrastructure Monitoring for Different Hybrid Business Applications and Infrastructure
- Providing health and performance reports, developing AIOps rules, creating alerts, creating custom dashboards
- Experience in integrating New Relic with other tools such as Service-Cafe, PagerDuty, Slack, webhooks, and JIRA.
- Experience in creating workloads and user onboarding.
- Effective and efficient operational support of different enterprise monitoring tools (New Relic, SolarWinds,) is preferred.
- Assisting application support teams in developing and deploying an effective monitoring profile for their key applications and services using various monitoring techniques
- IT certification (ITIL) or equivalent is preferable.
- Adaptability of new monitoring tools and platforms.
- Good experience in MS Excel, formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.
- Good presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- NRQL and Dashboard ( GraphQL API, NRQL builder, charts and dashboard using NRQL , PromQL and exports data using NRQL, etc.)
- APM Monitoring (Java, .NET, PHP, ruby, python, Go, C SDK, Node.js monitoring, APM transaction, logs, etc.).
- Alerts AI (Alert policy, condition, anomaly detection, sources, decisions, Muting rules, workflows, destinations, events, and incidents).
- Mobile App monitoring (Android, iOS , Cardova, React Native monitoring, crash, transaction, logs monitoring of mobile app and dashboard creation).
- Browser Monitoring (pageview, Ajax requests, session performance, JavaScript error, page load timing, browser agent, Real user monitoring) coding (python, JScript, terraform).
