Job Title: Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) Manager
Location: Gurugram

Reports To: Head- GRC/CISO
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) Manager to oversee and manage our DLP tools and strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with DLP technologies, particularly with Forcepoint, Netskope, Zscaler, and similar tools. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing DLP solutions to protect sensitive data across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure DLP tools (Forcepoint, Netskope, Zscaler, etc.) to safeguard sensitive information.
- Develop and enforce data protection policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze DLP incidents to prevent data breaches.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of DLP systems.
- Provide training and support to staff on DLP best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data protection and DLP.
- Prepare and present reports on DLP performance and incidents to senior management.
- Lead investigations into data leakage incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in data loss prevention, information security, or a related area.
- Proficiency in DLP tools such as Forcepoint, Netskope, and Zscaler.
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in incident response and investigation.
- Knowledge of cloud security and network security principles.
