Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pharma Product Manager to lead and manage digital health initiatives within our organization. This role combines pharmaceutical expertise with digital health innovation to develop, implement, and scale solutions that enhance patient outcomes, streamline healthcare processes, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Product Development:
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital health solutions tailored to the pharmaceutical domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, IT, and regulatory affairs, to design and deliver innovative digital health products.
• Identify market opportunities and user needs through research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

1. Project Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital health products, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of digital health tools with existing systems.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
• Partner with external vendors, technology providers, and collaborators to enhance digital health capabilities.

1. Regulatory and Compliance Management:
• Ensure all digital health initiatives comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical guidelines.
• Work closely with regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.

1. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
• Continuously improve product features and functionalities based on data-driven insights and user feedback.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, M.Pharm, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a product management role, preferably in digital health or healthcare technology.
• Proven track record of managing and launching digital products.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital health technologies, trends, and patient engagement strategies.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical and digital health sectors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
