Job Description
- Established QC/QA department with support of colleagues and management.
- Working as per company / management policy & reporting to Authority.
- Provided training to subordinates & newcomer against system along with creative working environments.
- Implemented system as per state GMP/GLP as well as ISO 9001:20215 guideline.
- Supported for development of new customers and their requirements against products for domestics and export market.
- Planning, organizing & implementing QC/QA procedure and daily work.
- Responding / Coordinating with daily mail for customer and managements planning/schedule.
- Coordination for daily dispatching activities against quality specification for customer against order copy memo.
- Prepared and maintained scheduled for calibration of QC-Instruments and ensured proper calibration as per planner.
- Planning for customers audits-Visit domestic/export and audit compliance.
- Supporting for customer market complaint and CAPA.
- Coordinate with production and supporting department against essential requirements for system.
- Supporting for investigation against deviation/change controlNQ_documents as and when required.
- Supporting in cleaning verification, Qualification of Instruments, analytical method verification, new vendor development, OOC etc. as per SOPs.
- Review specification, test procedure and SOP's for their deficiencies according to audit points.
- Maintaining instruments spares & history record.
- Preparing & updating SOPs & Standard test procedures. (Spec.& Raw data work sheet)
- Stability study for new products as per ICH guideline.
- Keeping records of key customer.
- Authorised for release incoming materials as well as finished products for market.
