Accounts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Closure of periodical books of accounts on accurate and timely basis
- Preparation of quarterly / Annual results and financial statements
- Consolidation of accounts
- Preparation of annual Budget
- Knowledge of Taxation both direct and indirect taxation including preparing computation of income, filing of returns and handling tax assessments
- Taxation Compliance w.r.t proper and timely payment of statutory dues and return filings.
- Dealing with internal and statutory auditors
- Ensuring proper internal controls and zero leakage of revenue
- Knowledge of RBI, SEBI and FEMA laws will have an added advantage
- Qualified CA
- Experience : 4 - 9 Years
