Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Environment & Sustainability

Role & responsibilities

Coordination and Oversight:

• Implement environmental and social impact monitoring, including data collection, analysis, and quality control.
• Continuously improve monitoring, evaluation processes, and ESMP systems.

System Development:

• Adapt and fine-tune the system based on new insights.
• Ensure environmental management through regular inspections & checks.

Data Collection & Analysis:

• Gather and analyze data on sustainability initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for relevant analysis and recommendations.

Reporting & Communication:

• Report on sustainable and social parameters via IMS to governing bodies within the system.
• Produce monthly MIS reports, benchmark performance, and recommend improvements.
• Develop presentations and reports for senior management and the Sustainability Committee.
• Strong presentation skills with experience working at both executive and board levels

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Coordinate with the Communications team for awareness campaigns.
