- You'll be a part of Growth/ Marketing team and will work on end to end customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention to cross sell/upsell strategies

Key Competencies:
- At least 2 years of experience of CRM, Digital Marketing and/or Analytics
- Created, tested & delivered campaigns across push, web push, email, SMS, whatsapp
- Good Understanding of Marketing Tools like MoEngage, CleveTap, WebEngage etc
- Improving flows/campaigns/journeys based on metrics (CTR, CVR etc)
- Hands on experience in campaign execution and performance measurement
- Strong problem solving skills, logical reasoning and critical thinking
