Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our social media team, with a primary focus on managing Facebook (Meta) initiatives. In this entry-level leadership role, you will support the team in executing data-driven social media strategies, optimizing content, and driving engagement on the platform. The ideal candidate has around 2 years of experience in social media, is passionate about the digital landscape, and is eager to grow their career in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Platform Management: Assist in managing Shop LC s Facebook presence, helping to create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Development & Scheduling: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for Facebook, including text, images, and video. Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and timely scheduling.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics for Facebook campaigns, providing insights to optimize engagement and ROI. Present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership.
Trend Monitoring & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity on Facebook to inform strategies and keep Shop LC s social presence relevant.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage comments to foster a positive and interactive online community.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing Facebook-specific marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive sales.

Required Qualifications :

Graduated from IIM .
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Approximately 2 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on Facebook (Meta) preferred.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Insights, and other platform-specific tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Basic proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
