Management Trainee

Overall Purpose of the Job: Responsible for creating a brand imagery and communication guideline including creatives, logo, brand positioning etc .

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall co-ordination for execution of Marketing Events & Activities (LS & In-mall)
• Co-ordination with internal Mall team (Ops, Security, ERT, Engineering) on regular basis for events / promotions / activations
• Managing the complete roster / planning for Hygiene Musical events at Atriums / F&B and Bellona outlets
• End-to-end co-ordination with the décor agencies for on-ground execution / production of the décor projects for the entire year
• Complete CTA execution on-ground with branding, promoters, retailers
• Keeping a regular check on Nahnace and Website with respect to the campaigns/offer/promotions/new brands open, etc.
• Active involvement into the New Digital Initiatives (CRM, Chatbot, Nhance)
• Reports, MIS for Weekly / Monthly / Campaigns basis
• Support function to Digital Marketing SPOC for social media assets hygiene work
• Looking for tending concepts / content for use on digital media platforms
• Managing the entire Nhance squad (daily reporting, tracking numbers, analysis)
• Presentations for various Marketing activities, planned vs actuals, sponsorship decks, event & IPs concept decks, etc.

Minimum Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
