Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Consultant Doctor in various specialties such as Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Radiology (including Intensive Care), Plastic Surgery (including Cardiac Intensivist), and Vascular.
  
• Conduct consultations with patients to diagnose and treat complex medical conditions.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
  
• Stay updated on latest medical research and advancements in respective fields.
  
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.

Skills

• Medical degree MBBS and MD/MS from a recognized institution in India, with a valid medical license.
• Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
• 2+ years of experience as a medical officer in hospitals or healthcare centres, demonstrating expertise in providing personalised advice and guidance to employees on lifestyle choices and health management.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to diagnose and manage various medical conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and effectively explain medical information.
• Empathy, compassion and a patient-centred approach to healthcare delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in emergencies.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
• Proficient computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records and utilizing healthcare software.
