We are seeking a decisive and experienced Medical Superintendent to lead the clinical administration and management of our hospital. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to authoritatively implement strategies for improved healthcare outcomes while managing a diverse team of doctors.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
• Authoritatively lead and manage the doctors portfolio, driving performance, patient care, and accountability.
• Proactively implement hospital policies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and healthcare service quality.
• Handle conflict resolution and maintain discipline within the medical and support staff.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in clinical administration and decision-making.
• Ability to assertively implement changes and drive organizational improvements.
• Excellent communication, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Expertise in healthcare policies, patient safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• MBBS/MD with relevant postgraduate qualifications in Hospital/Healthcare Management preferred.
