Malabar Group - IT Business Partner - Manufacturing Domain (7-12 yrs)

- Responsible for responding to and resolving IT issues raised by Manufacturing business units on both applications and systems.

- Ensure that all end users have access to the required systems, database and applications according to their level of authority, so as to protect the organization from potential non-authorized access.

- Work closely with the Manufacturing Business Leaders to understand their unique challenges and assist in developing appropriate IT solutions.

- Determine whether the Manufacturing business unit has the right IT capabilities/solutions in order to meet future business requirements based on inputs from Business leaders.

- Adhere to the IT policies and guidelines set by the top management in the team to maintain standardization across the organization.

- Periodically test the efficiency of the organization's technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) to ensure optimal performance.

- Manage end to end IT related activities (such as licensing, contracts with dealers, user records, software installation, upgradation, bug fixing, etc.) to prevent any disruption to business

- Support the business applications for Manufacturing operations.

- Assist in the implementation of new or revised technology, specifically working on the ERP systems.

- Respond timely to the end user requests for assistance to facilitate high customer service.

- Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are any recurring malfunctions.

- Communicate with Senior management if major issues are found in the IT system.
