Finance Controller

Role & responsibilities

• Handling over all F&A Team and demonstrates leadership skills.
• Preparation and Analysis of MIS and Financials
• Overall monitoring of Day to day Accounts and Finance Transactions and provide necessary guidance to the Team
• Understanding and Analysis of Critical Treasury activities like BG/LCs, Cash Flows and co-ordinate with Treasury Team and bank wherever necessary
• Handling of Statutory / Tax Audits
• Dealing with Direct Tax consultants and work on Notices / Assessments from relevant Tax Depts and ensure 100% compliance
• Handling the Direct and Indirect Tax Team and ensure for all the necessary Compliances
• Close monitoring on Working Capital cycle and its Analysis
• Support in Yearly Budget Activity / Forecast

Preferred candidate profile

CA/CWA with 7-10 years of relevant experience
