About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key role in bridging the gap between development and operations.

You will be responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and management using DevOps principles.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or Ansible.

- Automate software deployments and configurations using CI/CD pipelines (e., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

- Manage and optimize infrastructure resources (on-premise or cloud-based) for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

- Configure and maintain security best practices for infrastructure environments.

- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.

- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth delivery lifecycles.

- Continuously learn and implement new DevOps tools and technologies.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or related role.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- Proven experience in implementing and managing IaC solutions (Terraform, Ansible, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD principles and practices.

- Strong Linux administration skills and scripting experience (Bash, Python, etc.

- Experience with configuration management tools (e., Chef, Puppet) a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
