Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C#, Silverlight, SQL, ReactJS, and MVC, along with hands-on expertise in migrating legacy Silverlight applications to modern ReactJS frameworks. As a key member of our development team, you will play an instrumental role in modernizing and enhancing our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the migration of Silverlight-based applications to ReactJS.
• Develop and maintain C# and MVC-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Work with SQL databases to design and optimize queries, as well as integrate database functionality into applications.
• Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code in both backend and frontend technologies.
• Design and implement new features and enhancements for both legacy systems and new ReactJS applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Review and ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, testing, and version control.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C#, Silverlight, SQL, ReactJS, and MVC.
• Strong hands-on experience with Silverlight and proven success in migrating applications from Silverlight to ReactJS.
• Expertise in building web applications with ReactJS, including state management (Redux, Context API), hooks, and component-driven development.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Extensive experience with SQL databases and ability to write complex queries and perform database optimizations.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of modern front-end tooling such as Webpack, Babel, and ES6+ JavaScript features.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
