Role & responsibilities
- Machine Preventive Maintenance in Injection Moulding Machines
- Machine Preventive Maintenance in Surface Treatment.
- Machine Critical Spare Part List Inventory & Maintain
- Machine history card updation & Machine PM file updation
- All M/C Safety check reviews & ensure no safety issue.
- Find Out The Machine Abnormality & Resolve on time
- Machine Breakdown Troubleshooting & Why-2 Analysis Done on Daily Basis
- TPM Activity
- Preventing and forecasting maintenance, MTBF & MTR and monitoring optimum utilization of manpower.
- Troubleshooting on Breakdowns and taking steps to rectify through application of troubleshooting tools.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with 4-7 Years of experience and Good Knowledge of Maintenance in Injection Molding Machines will be preferred
