Skid and Truck Head Maintenance :

Role & responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic tests for routine maintenance procedures and determine a course of action for damaged parts and systems.
• Repair malfunctioning components, retrofit engines, change brakes, adjust steering systems, replace worn-out parts and change hydraulic fluids.
• Provide instructional sessions to locals on all phases of mechanical work, on all types of on-road and off-road vehicles, both diesel and CNG.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance measures on trucks and trailers.
• Assemble and dissemble vehicle engines and clean the fuel tanks.
• Maintain hubs and axles and adjust or replace them when required.
• Conduct routine preventive inspections and repair brakes, tires, steering, and AC.
• Develop in-house maintenance team of locals.
