Below 35 Years

Computer Knowledge

Windows / MS Office / AUTO CAD is added advantage

Communication Knowledge

Strong knowledge in English & Tamil (Read, Write & Speak)

Technical Knowledge:

Strong knowledge in EHS documentation and implementation.

Strong leadership skills, Good team player and team leader

Depth Knowledge in Maintenance activities.

Responsible for Planning and Scheduling of the project and maintenance activities.

Should have experienced on Govt officials coordination.

Carry out the Preventive, Predictive Maintenance as per the annual maintenance plan.

Strong knowledge on the Vendor management, Supplier management & Contractor management.

Strong knowledge in Transformer, DG, HVAC, RO Plant, Compressor, Pumps, UPS, STP, WTP and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.

Coordinating with the Vendor for small projects, sourcing the materials and maintaining the spares stock.

Responsible for initiating and implementing the energy saving projects.

Proactive and innovative thinking. Good analyzation skills.

Responsible for identifying and arranging the project and maintenance needs.

Maintaining ISO records and files, preparing reports.

Basic knowledge on facility maintenance such as Drainage system, Pest control system, Door service, Rest room installations, Furniture, Kitchen equipment etc.

Reporting to the management through MIS report and Maintenance daily plan. Responsible for preparing and maintaining the maintenance budget plan.

Strong Knowledge on 5S system.

Kaizen, Logical thinking, Cost effective solution etc.

Initiating and implementing the energy saving projects.
