• Job Description and Expectations-
• Conversant with all kind of maintenance - Breakdown / Predictive / Preventive etc.
• Experience in Plant maintenance and utilities, 66 kv switchyard, transformer , electrical distribution system , Automations etc.
• Ability to maintain the utilities like 66 kv switchyard, transformer , electrical distribution system , compressors , DG set , Fire hydrant ,Pumps , bore-well , Stackers , Jib hoist, HVAC systems , Dust collectors , Fluid control trains etc.
• Should have good exposure to the IMS system (QMS / EMS / OHSAS) and should be good at the data management system ..
• Quality contribution in --- Team building , co-ordination with the user department , Maintenance planning , tracking , analysis of downtime , root cause analysis, WCM / TPM methodology , hands on experience of doing maintenance , troubleshooting , spares management .
• Knowledge of SAP / MS Office is required. Knowledge of ACAD or Designing software will be added advantage.
• Ability to manage team , manage crisis in production , Good co-ordination with user department , Adherence to the Good EHS practices , Maintain good documentation and should have systematic approach to problem solving.
• Should be ready to work in shift.

Educational Qualifications

B.E (MEP) / BE - Electrical

Minimum years of experience

Minimum 8-10 years of Experience in Maintenance & engineering field

Nature of experience

• Knowledge of O&M of 66 Kv switchyard.
• Knowledge on Electrical maintenance and control system.
• Hands on experience to the maintenance management and troubleshooting the issues
• Systematic approach to problem solving.
