Please start to source CIC, CCS, Non-CCS/CIC certified IPDRG coders profile (example: CPC certified IPDRG coder).

• Consider the talents who are ready to Work From office only.
• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of core IPDRG coding experience is must for CCS/CIC, Minimum 2+ years for CPC Candidates.
• Interview process: Eligible candidate must appear & clear a technical interview (CIC/CCS) Assessment and a technical interview.” (CPC)
• CPC Criteria: Select Candidate must clear CIC certification within 6 months from joining - 1st attempt and failing to clear will be given a 2nd attempt to clear within 10months from joining. CIC certification will be sponsored by organization. Failing to clear both attempts than candidate will not be eligible to continue in IP coding and will be transferred to different suitable project based on the experience or decision by the management team. Any candidate who is interested in IPDRG career will help.
