About the Role :

As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications from the front-end to the back-end. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- Develop user interfaces using ReactJS and Redux.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

- Optimize web applications for performance and SEO.

Back-End Development :

- Develop server-side applications using Node.js.

- Integrate with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.

- Implement RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end.

Full-Stack Development :

- Understand the entire web development stack and collaborate effectively with front-end and back-end teams.

- Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.

Testing :

- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.

- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in web development.

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript.

- Experience with ReactJS and Redux for front-end development.

- Experience with Node.js for back-end development.

- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
