Internship Role : 6 months

Preparing tracking sheet for the RFQs and projects received and sharing the same with team.

Keeping track of inventory available with vendors for spares and ready to dispatch panels.

Coordination with internal team and vendor for Factory acceptance tests at vendors facilities

Coordination with clients for SCADA panels dispatch clearance and material delivery.

Timely delivery of material, commissioning, and handover of projects.

Keeping track of vendor payments, GRN, invoicing etc. and invoicing to clients as per payment terms.

Scope management and ensuring that is covered when receiving orders from client and when outsourcing supply and services to vendors.

Creating a knowledge base and regular update for learnings to share with team.

Proactive communication for any delay/issues in project.

Assess and suggest changes for the existing project management process to make improvements.

Budget approval, inventory management, stock transfer, inspection at vendors place, SAP transactions etc.
