Senior Manager Planning

Job Overview:

MHRIL has embarked upon an ambitious journey of developing 6500+ keys through green field development in next 5-8 years. As the Head Planning, you will play a pivotal role in developing project execution strategy comprising of best construction methodology customized for MHRIL projects, project planning and monitoring framework using latest technological tools and resource plan for implantation of the same.

You will be also play key role in implementing project planning and monitoring framework to drive project success, by adherence to timelines, budgets, while also nurturing a collaborative and efficient project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation of Project Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and implement project strategies to achieve ambitious target of 6500 keys.
• Research construction methodology suitable for remote sites with difficult logistics
• Create comprehensive project execution plans, timelines, and monitoring mechanism

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members.
• Provide regular project updates and reports.

Project Monitoring:

• Monitor project progress, time, and budgets

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in [Civil Engineering]; NICMAR / Master's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in project planning /management, with 5-8 years in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and hospitality projects.
• Experience in monitoring multiple projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
