Key skills for the job
Lead e2e implementation of a workstream for source to pay digital transformation for indirect categories:
Liaise with implementation partners for timely delivery of design, build, UAT and go-live milestones including MVPs
Work with PMO to proactively identify risks and mitigation approaches
Work with internal tech and operations team for data source identification, validation, transformation and loading
Collaborate with category leads and category heads during design stage for process interventions
Lead daily stand ups for the workstream, provide status updates and work with agility to de-bottle neck or escalate issues
Support change management activities and prepare a deployment and adoption plan to meet defined success parameters
Qualification:
MBA premier institutes, B-Tech / B.Eng
7-12 yrs.
Industry Preferred:
Business / Tech Consulting organizations or S2P digital product OEMs with deep experience of implementing S2P digital tools across different customers
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job:
Extensive hands-on experience in either source to contract of Procure to Pay implementations
Extensive hands-on experience of configuring best-in-class S2P tools such as GEP Smart, Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua etc.
Stakeholder management and communication - proven record of presenting to senior leadership
Experience in analyzing processes and operational data to develop insights and prepare impactful presentations
Strong sense of ownership and with an ability to drive high-quality conversations with stakeholders
