• To have hands on experience of developing Motors and Controller.
• To have in-depth knowledge of motor types and motor manufacturing processes.
• To ensure part development as per Project requirements i.e., Proto, Tooled up parts, PPAP Approval.
• To define product and process requirements.
• To perform technical synthesis and sign off with stakeholders.
• To identify and map correct supplier base.
• To send RFQs and do manufacturing feasibility study.
• TO do ZBC for part and FTG.
• To plan and execute FTG.
• To establish run at rate/capacity as per volume projections.
• To conduct VAVE workshop for cost reduction.
