Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation:

  • Initiate cold calls to Institutions, Schools, Colleges, and Brands to identify potential clients.
  • Build a strong network and maintain a database of prospective clients.

2. Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with decision-makers and authorized personnel in targeted organizations.
  • Act as a point of contact, ensuring continuous engagement and trust-building.

3. Sales and Follow-Up:

  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to keep them engaged and informed.
  • Convert leads into successful sales by addressing client requirements and demonstrating value propositions.

4. Presentation and Marketing:

  • Organize and deliver impactful presentations to clients, showcasing products or services effectively.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and networking events.

5. Market Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve strategies and offerings.

6. Reporting and Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless client service delivery.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Freshers may also apply having good communication skills.
