Backend Developer (3-7 yrs)

WHAT IS THE JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

- Design and develop large scale distributed services

- Design and implement new user-facing features

- Take ownership of one or more components of the platform and drive innovation

- Improve the efficiency, scalability, stability, and security of the system

- Work closely with product management and Design teams to define and refine feature specifications

- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

- Participate actively in recruitment and nurturing of engineers as awesome as you

WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS ROLE :

- 3+ years of experience with a solid foundation in computer science and strong competency in data structures, algorithms and software design

- PHP expert

- Good knowledge of REST APIs

- Good knowledge of one or more RDBMS and NoSQL databases

- Good understanding of nuances of distributed systems, scalability and availability

- In-depth understanding of concurrency, synchronization & memory usage

- Experience with IaaS clouds like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc

- Experience with NodeJS, Python or other languages is a plus

- Proficient to work on Any/No framework as per requirement.

- Experience in a startup environment is a plus

- Good communication skills. Putting your thoughts through to other stakeholders in a cohesive manner should not be a problem for you.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working on PHP projects.
