Desktop Support / IT Support / System Engineer

• Expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, system updates, and end-user support.
• Skilled in handling IT infrastructure, network management, and technical support.
• Experience in system configuration, server maintenance, and IT solutions implementation.
• Proficient in managing Focus ERP application.
• Experience in implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and end-user support for ERP systems.
