Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Draftsman to create accurate and detailed technical drawings for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will use tools like AutoCAD to transform creative concepts into practical plans, ensuring precision and compliance at every stage.

Roles and Responsibility :

1. Technical Drafting:
• Prepare accurate technical drawings for interior design projects using AutoCAD.
• Convert creative ideas into detailed plans, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory standards.
2. Concept to Specification:
• Develop initial conceptual layouts based on project requirements.
• Refine drafts into comprehensive and detailed specifications as the project progresses.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
• Serve as a communication link between designers, contractors, and clients.
• Use drawings to effectively visualize and discuss project plans.
4. Construction Support:
• Update and modify technical drawings during the construction phase as needed.
• Ensure construction adheres to approved designs and specifications.
5. Post-Construction Documentation:
• Provide as-built drawings after project completion for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Design Draftsman.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Detail-oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in drawings.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve design or construction-related challenges.
