Thermal Design Engineer

Following are the Job Profile to be considered for the Thermal Design Engineer Position in Energy Division during the course of sort-listing the candidate for interview.
Candidate shall be Self-motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in the field of Thermal Engineering for Boilers / Heat Exchangers / Power Plant
Candidate should have proficiency in engineering and calculations as per standards such as TEMA, HEI, ASME, IBR, EN, ISO, Indian Standard etc.
Hands on experience in Thermal Engineering such as Thermal Design Calculation, Process Design Calculation, Boiler Sizing Calculation, Heat Exchanger Sizing Calculation are must.
Preparation of Heat and Mass Balance calculation for Power plant.
Preparing of Technical Specification and Technical Data Sheets for the Bought-out components in line with Project/Tender specification/Purchase order requirement is must
Candidate shall co-ordinate with procurement team to finalize the vendor packages by conducting technical bid evaluation according to Project/Tender specification/Purchase order requirement.
Preparing of Material forecast in line with Project/Tender specification/Purchase order requirement is must
Candidate shall attend the meetings with project managers, clients & consultants to get the approval for the engineering documents/drawings.
Candidate shall be capable in Thermal design in proposal & execution stage of project to meet plant requirement and design.
Knowledge in Design Software such as KED, HTRI is added advantage
Candidate must have capable to make development/customization/standardization to reduce the project engineering time
