Introduction:

We are building the world's first aggregator marketplace for inspection companies, addressing a significant market gap, which stemmed out of our own personal problems. We're in the business of exports and on occasions when inspections were not done correctly, we ended up losing a lot of money. And based on our research, we found that companies charge up to 1% of invoice value just for conducting inspections. And we thought we could change this. We believe it's a broken industry which can be fixed. So we're building a policy bazaar for the inspection industry.

With no direct competitors in this space, we bring unique value backed by our own experience-having conducted thousands of inspections within our and partner companies by crown agents from SGS. We are seeking a visionary CEO (Co-Founder) / project leads to co-create and lead this game-changing business.

This is not an ordinary opportunity, to join as a co-founder. The compensation is equity-based, requiring you to contribute time, effort, and potentially resources to build the foundation of this transformative platform. You need to commit for at least 2 years.

Who You Are?

You are someone:

1. Disciplined with ability to work long hours very hard on your own to build a company

2. Talk less and do more

3. Have proven yourself somewhere before - academically or build something before.

4. Experience in inspections or marketplace startups ( added advantage but not a must)

5. Comfortable working without drawing a salary initially till we turn profitable or are funded.

6. Might need to invest resources.

7. Ready to commit at least two-year for this - All great things take time to start.

What You'll Do?

1. You will be the organisational backbone of the team. While the job description is not exhaustive, it gives an idea of what we expect you to do.

2. Lead Strategy: everything really as the head.

3. Build Partnerships: Engage and onboard inspection companies and stakeholders to create a robust network.

4. Marketing

5. Team building

6. Develop the Product: Work with developers to ensure the platform delivers a seamless experience for users.

7. Fundraising: Secure investment to scale the business and manage resources efficiently.
