Sales Consultant

Role & responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction:
   
• Greet customers and understand their preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Provide detailed information about vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.
2. Sales Process:
   
• Guide customers through the test-driving experience and address questions or concerns.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with completing contracts, loan applications, and other necessary paperwork.
3. Product Knowledge:
   
• Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and market trends.
• Highlight benefits and unique selling points of the products to customers.
4. Lead Management:
   
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and sales pipeline progress.
5. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with the sales team, finance department, and service advisors to provide seamless service.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
6. Customer Satisfaction:
   
• Ensure a positive buying experience by addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Build lasting relationships to drive loyalty and brand advocacy.
