Quality Analyst/Software Tester/Immediate Joiner

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst / Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. The Quality Analyst / Software Tester will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain the overall quality of our software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Identify and document software defects and track them to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Continuously monitor and improve testing processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on testing results and analysis.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
