Our product is designed to help businesses venture into various ecommerce categories, including food delivery, grocery delivery, pharmacy, electronics, and more, by providing them with the experiences, tools and expertise they need to succeed

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of ONDC in a Box. As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring that it meets the needs of clients looking to establish new commerce ventures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams internally and externally, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive the success of this exciting SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for ONDC in a Box, aligning it with the needs of clients in various ecommerce categories.

2. Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.

3. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights within the retail categories targeted by ONDC in a Box.

4. User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a user-centric design approach, optimizing the user experience for our customers.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring the product to market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

6. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and its features.

7. Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of ONDC in a Box for various clients, including go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.

8. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and drive data-driven decision-making.

9. Compliance and Quality: Ensure the product complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards while maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

2. Proven 1-4 Yrs experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry, with a track record of successful product launches.

3. Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and the needs of high DAU businesses.

4. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

7. Knowledge of the ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) framework is a plus.
