Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic to conduct the first round of lead quality checks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi, with a knack for engaging with potential customers to assess their requirements and filter high-quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification:

• Conduct the first round of telephonic interactions with potential leads.
• Understand customer requirements and assess the quality of leads.
• Classify leads based on predefined criteria

Customer Interaction:

• Engage with leads professionally and empathetically to create a positive experience.
• Effectively communicate MagickHome offerings and services.

Data Management:

• Accurately record lead details, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Ensure proper documentation for follow-ups and tracking.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads with all relevant details.
• Share feedback from potential customers to improve marketing and sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and convey relevant information.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
