Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow.
• Ensure that the facility is well-maintained and adheres to safety and hygiene standards.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales and revenue generation by implementing effective strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase customer footfall.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control expenses.

Customer Service & Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns effectively.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements for enhanced satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and manage the performance of staff to ensure high productivity.
• Conduct regular meetings, provide guidance, and foster a positive work culture.
• Monitor staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
