Business Manager - SaaS
Will be responsible for the marketing, Growth, GTM, Expansion & revenue of the b2b saas.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand our customer base.
Product Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and identify areas for product enhancement.
- Analyze user behavior and metrics to inform product development and feature prioritization.
Customer Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
Competition Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
GTM Strategy Development:
- Create and implement effective GTM strategies for new and existing products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Driving Product Usage:
- Create and execute campaigns to encourage product usage and engagement among existing customers.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops/webinars to educate users on product features and best practices.
Product Feature Enhancement:
- Work closely with the product development team to translate customer feedback into actionable feature enhancements.
- Prioritize and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs and market demands.
- 7+ years of experience in product management or business management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
