As a Zonal Manager in the Magicbricks sales vertical, your primary responsibility is to oversee and drive the sales operations within a specific geographic zone.


Role and Responsibilities:


1. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales

targets and expand market share within your assigned zone. This involves analyzing market

2. You will lead a team of sales professionals, including sales managers and executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including real estate developers,

builders, brokers, and other stakeholders, is crucial. You'll be responsible for nurturing these

relationships, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Achieving revenue targets is a fundamental aspect of your role. You'll be expected to drive sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and close deals to generate revenue for Magicbricks within your designated zone. This may involve developing pricing strategies, upselling and cross-selling

opportunities, and exploring new revenue streams.

5. You'll continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to

identify opportunities and threats. Regular reporting on sales performance, market share, and

other key metrics is essential to track progress against goals and inform strategic decision-making.

Overall, as a Zonal Business Head in the Magicbricks sales vertical, your role is multifaceted,

requiring strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the real estate

market. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive sales growth, build strong
