Sourcing / Closing Manager

To ensure sales in residential real estate and achieve the revenue target on a monthly basis.

Perform duties such as study the geographical market (location), connectivity, amenities and project configuration along with identifying the prospective clients and persuading them for site visits in order to sell them the desired properties.

Will be on the front end calling the customers, understanding their finances and offering the best solutions from the available resources.

Will be playing an important role in contributing towards the company's revenue
