Role & responsibilities

1. Industry Knowledge & Experience

• Strong understanding of domestic & international travel
• Knowledge of airlines, hotels, and tour packages
• Familiarity with visa processes & travel regulations
• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)

2. Customer Service & Communication

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong customer handling & problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle queries & provide travel recommendations
• Multilingual skills (preferred)

3. Sales & Negotiation

• Ability to sell & upsell travel packages
• Negotiation skills to get the best deals from vendors
• Target-driven mindset to achieve sales goals

4. Technology & Software Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with travel booking portals & CRM software
• Familiarity with online ticketing & hotel reservation systems

5. Organizational & Multitasking Skills

• Ability to handle multiple bookings & itineraries simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail to avoid booking errors
• Time management & ability to meet deadlines

6. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management

• Ability to handle cancellations, reschedules & last-minute changes
• Quick decision-making during flight delays or travel disruptions
