Job Description
- Work closely with the Senior Associate, Media and Communications to ideate and create suitable designs for social media posts.
- Design reports, such as Annual Reports, donor reports, and knowledge reports, such that they meet Madhis standard of quality before external dissemination.
- Support project teams in designing handbooks, workbooks, posters, etc. as per requirement.
- Design and publish quarterly newsletters.
- Design collaterals for internal and external events.
- Represent text content and stories through visual elements.
- Edit audio-visual collaterals to help build case stories, project videos, etc.
- You have a knack for learning and exploring design tools.
- You are quick to learn and have an affinity towards brand-aligned aesthetics.
- You can represent text visually.
- You are comfortable editing complex designs and videos.
- You are adept at using design tools such as Canva, Adobe, InShot, etc.
- You are familiar with MailChimp, or can learn fast.
- You have a keen eye for design language.
- You understand social sector design sensibilities.
Senior Manager, Partnerships and Communication
Location:
Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Remote role may be possible with frequent travel to Chennai. Cost for travel and accommodation will need to be borne by the candidate if they seek remote placement. Priority would be given to candidates based in Chennai.)
Important Information:
- You will be expected to bring your own laptop with updated software (MS Office 2016).
- Remuneration: 5 LPA to 7 LPA.
