1. Client Consultation

• Create design concepts that reflect the clients vision and requirements.
• Develop mood boards and color palettes to communicate design ideas.

3. Space Planning

• Design optimal layouts that enhance functionality and flow within the space.
• Consider factors such as traffic patterns, accessibility, and zoning regulations.

4. Material Selection

• Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
• Ensure that chosen materials meet aesthetic and functional criteria.

5. Technical Drawings

• Create detailed plans and specifications using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop).
• Produce drawings for contractors, electricians, and other specialists involved in the project.

6. Budget Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that designs align with financial constraints.
• Provide cost estimates for materials and services.

7. Project Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate timelines and schedules to meet project deadlines.

8. Site Supervision

• Oversee the implementation of designs on-site, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Address any issues that arise during the construction or installation phase.

9. Client Presentations

• Prepare and present design proposals, including visuals and samples, to clients for approval.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients throughout the project.

10. Sustainability Practices

• Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly design practices where possible.
• Stay informed about eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions.

11. Problem-Solving

• Address and resolve design challenges and client concerns as they arise.

12. Final Walk-Through and Follow-Up

• Conduct a final review of the completed project with the client to ensure satisfaction.
