Trainer - Contract 1-3 years

We are seeking experienced industry trainers to join our esteemed project in Odisha. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs and contribute to skilling of the youth in your state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as Business processes, Entrepreneurship, and industry practices.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in business management, Commerce, HR or Computer Application.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in training or relevant industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
