WFL Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate milling machine (WFL) and lathe machine (Millturn) to produce high-quality parts.
  
• Monitor and control the machining process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall production output.
  
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including part numbers produced, cycle times, and defect rates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience operating milling machines (WFL) or lathes (Millturn).
  
• Strong understanding of CNC programming principles for milling operations.
  
• Proficiency in reading blueprints/drawings for part specifications.
