Machine Learning Engineer

Exponentia.ai is seeking a skilled AI Engineer with a specialization in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of innovative generative AI solutions tailored specifically to the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) domain. As part of our central digitization team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior customer experiences.

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Model Development:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the unique business requirements and data streams within the BFSI domain.

Architect, develop, and fine-tune advanced Generative AI models to address specific challenges and opportunities in BFSI operations.

Enhance natural language understanding capabilities, including intent recognition and structured/unstructured data comprehension, for a wide range of BFSI applications.

Apply expertise in algorithm development to design scalable and efficient Generative AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks.

Implement and integrate Generative AI models from leading cloud providers such as AWS to leverage their advanced capabilities and infrastructure.

2. Application Development:

Develop innovative applications and interfaces powered by Generative AI technology to enable real-time interactions with BFSI data and systems.

Design and deploy chat applications and conversational interfaces that leverage Generative AI for personalized customer interactions and dynamic data analysis.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Generative AI-powered applications to meet the evolving needs of HDFC Lifes BFSI operations.

3. Data Integration:

Collaborate closely with data engineers to access, preprocess, and integrate BFSI data streams into Generative AI models and applications.

Integrate real-time data feeds seamlessly into Generative AI-powered applications to enable dynamic responses and adaptive decision-making.

4. Deployment and Optimization:

Deploy Generative AI models and applications in production environments, ensuring seamless integration with HDFC Lifes existing infrastructure and workflows.

Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for optimization and fine-tuning to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Collaborate with domain experts and stakeholders to continuously improve Generative AI models and applications based on feedback and real-world insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in Python and Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI techniques and applications, including Autoencoders (VAEs), and Transformers.

Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, for deploying and scaling Generative AI solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
