AuthBridge - Machine Learning Engineer - NLP/LLM (4-9 yrs)

About the Role :

As a ML Expert and experience in Data Scientist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment which needs a mindset of a startup and an entrepreneur that is not hesitant to constantly shift gears, test and learn. You will be part of the company R&D (Research and Development) in AI, and you will be working with stakeholders using Agile and Design Thinking Methodologies. Together with the R&D (Research and Development) you will deliver everything from state-of-the-art solutions to quicker value proving solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding and debugging

- Responsible for developing in-house OCR Solutions

- A solid engineering background with hands - on experience developing computer vision solutions.

Must have work Experience :

- Required 5-8 of years' Relevant Experience in Python and ML.

- Hands-on experience web frameworks like Django, OR Flask framework

Qualification & Functional Skills :

- B.tech from IIT/NIT mandatory

- Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.

- Strong analytical skills and solid mathematical foundation.

- Experience in setting up supervised & unsupervised learning Client/NLP models including data cleaning, data analytics, feature creation, model selection & ensemble methods, performance metrics & visualization, data science.

- Experience in prediction using Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

- Hand on experience in feature extraction techniques (GMM, HMM etc)

- Hand on experience with machine learning techniques such as deep neural nets (DNN, CNN, LSTM-RNN)

- Knowledge of Text Analytics with a strong understanding of NLP algorithms and models (SVM, PCA, NB, Clustering, DTs, etc) and their underlying computational and probabilistic statistics.

- Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience in using open-source NLP packages such as NLTK, Word2Vec, SpaCy, Gensim, Stanford CoreNLP.

- Experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale NLP solutions in one or more: Named Entity Recognition, Document Classification, Document Summarization, Topic Modelling, Dialog Systems, Sentiment Analysis, OCR text processing.

- Strong knowledge of Python, Generative AI, LLM, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Overall Computer Vision, MLOps, AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML Studio, Google Vertex AI.

- Knowledge of Docker,OpenCV/PILLOW and frameworks like Keras/PyTorch/Tensorflow.
