Sitecore Developer - C#/.Net Programming (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer with expertise in the MVC framework to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sitecore CMS, strong C# development skills, and experience with MVC-based architecture to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

As a Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Sitecore-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and contributing to the ongoing optimization of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sitecore Development : Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore CMS solutions using Sitecore's MVC architecture.

- MVC Framework Expertise : Implement features, create controllers, views, and models in line with Sitecore MVC best practices.

- Customization & Integration : Customize Sitecore CMS and integrate it with third-party systems and services.

- Component Development : Create and manage Sitecore components, including renderings, templates, and layout definitions.

- Optimization : Optimize the performance of Sitecore applications for speed and scalability.

- Content Management : Work with business users and stakeholders to implement content strategies and ensure content is managed efficiently in Sitecore.

- Testing & Troubleshooting : Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Sitecore CMS, MVC, and integrated services.

- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to implement solutions that meet business requirements.

- Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Documentation : Maintain technical documentation related to Sitecore customizations and integrations.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Experience : 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Sitecore solutions, with a strong understanding of MVC architecture.

-Sitecore CMS : Solid experience with Sitecore CMS, Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), and Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC).

- MVC Framework : In-depth knowledge of the ASP.NET MVC framework, including controllers, views, models, routing, and layout components.

- C# & .NET : Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework, with experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.

- Web Technologies : Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.

- Sitecore Development Tools : Experience with Sitecore Developer Tools, Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA), Sitecore Rocks, and Sitecore Sitecore PowerShell Extensions.

- Database & Integration : Experience with SQL Server, LINQ, and Entity Framework. Knowledge of integrating Sitecore with other systems and APIs.

- Version Control : Experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile software development practices, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Problem Solving : Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
